Abdel Hamid joined ELDIB ADVOCATES, our parent company, in 1985 after obtaining his L.L.B. from Alexandria University in 1984. He has been practicing law for over three decades, having built an exceptional career within the field and becoming a knowledge- bank when it comes to the shipping and P&I fields. Fahmy is Eldib Pandi’s team leader in addition to being a king pin bridging our commercial work with our legal parent company, ELDIB ADVOCATES. He is proficient in the fields of pollution incidents, collision cases, and all types of cargo claim; having handled numerous of these cases throughout the years. Fahmy has extensive experience in cases involving stowaways and repatriation of crew members, as well as matters relating to the Suez Canal. With his legal background, he is always keen to solve our clients’ problems and assist them in a manner consistent with Egyptian laws and regulations.
